It’s been 11 days since my last post, and during those days, I’ve been jogging umm.. three times. Hahaha.
My shoes were broken after the first jogging, so I did wait for it to be fixed first. But the truth is, it’s just not easy to make myself doing it.
I got tired so easy. It needs some extra (will) power to finish 30 minutes of jogging (which still dominated by walking). I got tired before I even start sometimes, for imagining the exhaustion I’m about to have during the jogging. :p
I want to have a better stamina. And I believe this jogging thing (and any sport for that matter), could help me grow, both physically and mentally. It also does feels good every time I’m finished.
I think it wouldn’t take too long before I begin addicted to it again.
Actually, I can’t wait to jog again this afternoon.
Let’s see how many jogging I do after the next 11 days.
